	Uploaded files will be automatically deleted after 30 days or 10 downloads, whichever comes first.
	We do not look at your files. We could, but we don't.
	After you upload a file, we offer to send an Email containing the download link to your file. This Email can be sent to up to 10 people of your choice, and is sent from the Email account "free@file-works.com". We do not ask for your Email address, and we do not retain the Email address(es) you enter as recipients of the email. However, we do retain the Email addresses of any recipient who clicks the "opt out" link in the Email, indicating that they don't want to receive further Email from us. We do not share these Email addresses, or the Email addresses submitted through our "Contact Us" form, with others.
	Don't upload any copyrighted, illegal, pornographic, or otherwise offensive files. When you upload a file, we log your IP address along with the date and time of the upload and the file name. If any government agency requests this information, we will turn it over to them.
	Use this service at your own risk. We do not guarantee that your file will not be lost or damaged. We do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times, or for any given length of time (although we think you'll find it highly reliable).
